We work collaboratively with our housing association clients and their customers to ensure that all expectations are met.

To make things better for our customers, our tradesmen use the latest hand-held technology as this reduces the time spent (and distance travelled) between jobs. This helps reduce our impact on the environment too. All the operatives' work is supported by our own highly trained call centre staff, who see that the average of 60,000 repairs a year are carried out in a timely and cost effective way.

Working in partnership with our supply chain we have access to a wide choice of materials meaning we can complete scheduled repairs with minimal disruption.  These partners can give us invaluable help when the Planned Maintenance Team has to carry out preventative work programmes, This may be things like kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, which is done on a regular basis. Not only does it help improve the homes of residents but it helps reduce the level of day to day repairs.
