From the first call reporting a repair until the time the repair has been carried out to the tenant’s satisfaction, it is our responsibility.
Our team of Customer Advisors are there to assist the tenants with the initial report and to arrange a convenient appointment for works to be carried out. The Planning team manage the operatives ensuring they arrive on site on time ,and where possible complete the works first time. Where this is not possible they arrange for a follow-on appointment.
We also have a procurement team to ensure materials, suppliers and sub-contractors are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
