Aster Property (AP) is responsible for managing Aster Group’s asset management and commercial activities. AP maintains and repairs some of the homes owned by Aster Group companies and also provides property maintenance services to other organisations.
The company provides a broad range of maintenance services to Flourish Homes, Sarsen and Testway. This includes reactive, planned and estate maintenance. APalso undertakes a range of relatively specialist maintenance activities including gas servicing, electrical inspections, mobile caretaking, arboriculture and sewage installation maintenance work. Over 230 staff and operatives are employed by AP.
