Aster Property Management (APM) is responsible for managing Aster Group’s commercial activities.  APM maintains and repairs some of the homes owned by Aster Group companies and also provides property maintenance services to other organisations. This includes reactive, planned and estates maintenance.

APM also undertakes a range of relatively specialist maintenance activities including gas servicing, electrical inspections, mobile caretaking, arboriculture and sewage installation maintenance. The company employs 220 staff and operatives.
