Aster Property Management (APM) is responsible for managing Aster Group’s commercial activities.  APM maintains and repairs some of the homes owned by Aster Group companies and also provides property maintenance services to other organisations.

The company has undertaken a radical structural review in 2007 and major changes have been made to the operational arrangements including new ways of working and innovative IT systems. It also has a small number of homes for rent in the private sector.
